Next year’s show will be held on October 31 and November 1, 2026.

This is a JURIED, hand-crafted only craft show! Premade/manufactured items are not allowed at the show.

All new crafters are required to submit photos of them creating their items. Returning crafters are not required to resubmit. Please remember that this is a safe space as well as a family-friendly event inside of a school!  No drugs, alcohol, or weapons are permitted. Further, there must not be any articles for sale that may be considered offensive, provocative, or defamatory/discriminatory regarding race, color, religion, sex, gender-identity, disability, or national origin.  This includes political statements. 

THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW IS FOR THE 2026 CRAFT SHOW!

NEW FOR 2025: In order to provide electricity to all the booths that need it, we may need to relocate crafters that are along the perimeter of the Field House, Cafeteria, or Main Gym. As more crafters request electrical access, we will need to place them along the perimeter of the room.
All electrical devices must be UL approved. Everything must be unplugged overnight.

FOOD BASED CRAFTERS: You must comply with the health dept. and they will be onsite on show days. If you do not have the proper documentation, you cannot exhibit and there will be no refund. No baked goods as our Boosters will be running a bake sale on both days.

This is a homemade craft show only. No commercial vendors, MLMs, raffles, fundraising items, candy sales/food items are allowed except for those approved food crafters.

Please support our students by purchasing food through concessions rather than bringing or ordering from an outside location (please notify us at plainfieldcraftshow@gmail.com if you have dietary/health-related food restrictions so that we may accept).

Each crafter will be provided with three wristbands per space purchased. Added half-booth spaces will be provided with one additional wristband. Additional wristbands may be purchased below are are good for the entire weekend.

The listed prices are accurate for the 2026 Craft Show. The prices below apply to all crafters both new and returning.
1.0 Booth – $100 1.5 Booth – $150
2.0 Booth – $200 2.5 Booth – $250
3.0 Booth – $300 Electrical Access – $10
Electrical Access (+$10.00)(Required)
Please note that electrical access is only if it is needed for your work. Please do not request electrical access to charge your personal electronic devices as availability is limited. Personal power sources are welcome as long as they do not emit any exhaust.
Each crafter will be provided with three wristbands per space purchased. Half-booth add-ons will be provided with one additional wristband. For example, someone who purchases 2.5 booth spaces would receive 7 wristbands (6 wristbands for 2 booths, 1 extra for the added half-booth).
This number is based on your booth selection above and will be provided to you as part of your registration.
Price: $5.00
Additional crafter wristbands may be purchased at $5 and are good for the entire weekend.
Waiver of Responsibility(Required)
The Plainfield Band Boosters, any members of Plainfield High School, Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202, PSD202 Board of Education Members, or any individuals working for or volunteering for the show are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, etc. that may occur. This agreement is required to purchase a booth for the show.

    Please upload TWO photos of YOU creating your crafts. This is to ensure that all our crafters are providing handmade goods rather than purchasing and reselling. These photos will be reviewed and, if selected for our show, we will anticipate that you will abide by the craft-only policy. No reselling will be allowed. PLEASE NOTE we do allow exceptions for small batch food items which are not otherwise sold in most stores.
    Only needed if you’d like the same space next year. Please list in the form of a letter (A/B/C…) and 2 numbers. If you have more than one spot, please separate with a comma. (C23, C24)

    Payment processed via this form on October 25th or 26th, 2025, is for the 2026 Craft Show and is ONLY available to crafters who are present at the 2025 Craft Show. Please note that the 2025 Craft Show is FULL and paying via this form will NOT count as registration/payment for the 2025 Craft Show.
